Thank you for shopping with Casaevo. Below you will find information about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant changes.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs delays, carrier issues, seasonal holidays or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted carriers, including:

  • Royal Mail, DPD and Evri

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to correct your address at hello@casaevo.co.uk

7. Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify it. Please email us at hello@casaevo.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
