Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Casaevo. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Items that are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact us at hello@casaevo.co.uk and we will provide instructions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may start a return once it arrives. If you realise you have made a mistake, you can email us at hello@casaevo.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve before it is shipped.
